		<description>Hi Daniela, I find this extremely interesting. I&#039;ve had osteoarthritis since I was in my teens, but was still able to work until about 10 years ago. Reading this has just reminded me that I used to &quot;think&quot; my body into a relaxed state by telling each muscle or part of my body to relax. I now have an excellent CD that relax&#039;s me and is starting to make me feel good about myself. I&#039;ll now keep a note as to how my pain is after a few weeks.                    Many thanks.
